| As indicated and automatically calculated on the worksheet, flexible payment options are also available for larger deposits/purchases. For amounts of $2,000 – $3,000, 50% of the balance is due upfront with the remaining 50% due April 1, 2023. For amounts of $3,000 or more, 50% is due upfront with 25% due on April 1, 2023, and the remaining 25% due on July 1, 2023. All payments will be due at Toqua or Kahite on the dates above. (As directed by your Board of Directors, all flexible payment options include a nominal admin fee of $20 per installment. This equates to an additional $40 for the two-payment option and an additional $60 for the three-payment option.)
